REOPENING THE BALLET BOUTIQUE

We are very pleased to announce that both The Ballet Boutique Kingston and Wimbledon will REOPEN on 17 AUGUST 2020.

Our priority is first and foremost on protecting your health and wellbeing as you shop with us. We will also be operating with reduced hours. These hours may extend over the coming weeks; therefore, we recommend you please check our website and social media for updates.

LIMITED NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS IN STORE

There will be a limit to the number of customers in-store at any one time to guarantee social distancing and we will have clear markers/sign in place.

PROTECTING YOU AND OUR STAFF

All of our store teams will be equipped with Bloch B-Safe face masks and we will use gloves during shoe fittings and when handling any cash.

OUR FITTING ROOM

Changing rooms in our stores will be temporarily closed. We encourage customers to purchase and try on at home, if not the correct fit we will happily exchange it or offer a refund if returned within 7 days. A 72hrs quarantine process will be followed for all products that are both tried on in-store and returned.

HAND SANITISING STATIONS

We are providing easy-to-use hand sanitising stations in our stores and every area will be regularly and thoroughly sanitised.

CLEANING

Frequently touched areas including all surfaces will be regularly disinfected throughout the day.

EASY PAYMENT OPTIONS

Contactless payment is available in all stores. Our card machines and till areas will be sanitised after every use.

POINTE SHOE FITTINGS

Pointe shoe fittings will be by appointment only. Please contact us by email (info@ballet-boutique.co.uk) to make an appointment. When you arrive at the store for your appointment, we ask that you wear a mask and that you bring your own tights and toe pads.

Staff members will remove the shoes from either the box or plastic bag and place the shoes on the floor or seating area for you to pick up and put on yourself.

With the guidance and fitting advice from our professional fitters, we will then help you make your own assessment regarding sizing and fit.

If further assistance is required, we will do our best to comply with social distancing and make sure both our customers and staff are comfortable with the request.
