We do not offer refunds but you can exchange items or receive a credit note within 28 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Tights and Underwear are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Please contact us before returning anything.

At The Ballet Boutique, our professionally trained staff are expert pointe shoe fitters. We highly recommend booking a private fitting with one of our trained professionals, which is available by appointment.


While pointe shoes may be available for purchase on our website, by proceeding with an online
order, you confirm that the shoes are a direct replacement—same manufacturer, style, size, and width—as those fitted in person by a professionally trained pointe shoe fitter within the past six months.


If you have any doubts or questions about the importance of proper fitting, please do not hesitate to contact us. Wearing improperly fitted pointe shoes can lead to injury and should be avoided.

Pointe shoes are only eligible for exchange if they remain in their original packaging and condition.
