  • Order confirmations are sent after you checkout, but the contract is only finalised when we dispatch your order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders, for example, if an item is out of stock; before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice 

  • Payment is due at checkout. We securely process payments via providers like Stripe or PayPal.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via Parcel2Go using trusted couriers.

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days

  • International shipping is offered to selected countries; estimated delivery times available at checkout.

  • Delivery times are an estimate and not guaranteed.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind:

  • You may return items within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

  • Please contact us by email before returning any items to arrange your exchange or credit note.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Instead, you can choose to receive an exchange for another product or a credit note to use on a future purchase.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges and credit notes will only be issued after the item has been returned and received by The Ballet Boutique, we recommend using a tracked postal service.

  • While we strive for accurate descriptions, sizes, colours, and materials may vary slightly between listings and the actual product.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products or update information at any time; availability and prices may change without notice.
