Returns, Exchanges & Credit Notes

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind:

• You may return items within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or credit note.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

• Please contact us by email before returning any items to arrange your exchange or credit note.

Please note: We do not offer refunds. Instead, you can choose to receive an exchange for another product or a credit note to use on a future purchase.

Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges and credit notes will only be issued after the item has been returned and received by The Ballet Boutique, we recommend using a tracked postal service.
